The almond processing line XHTF series provide a one-stop solution for food industry. It can grade nuts, de-hull and separate shells. The machine can be also used to process hazelnut.

The processing line GFYQKJ-600 consists of:

Grading/sizing machine: 1 set,

Grading/sizing machine consists of input hopper, elevator and sizing machine. It is used for grading/sizing in-shell almonds into 4 grades.

De-hulling and pre-separating machine consists of input hopper, elevator, de-huller and separating screens. It can de-hull almond grade by grade, then separate out the small shells and un-hulled almonds from kernels, through which the mixture of shells and almond kernels will eject into the collecting bin.

Shells separator consists of input hopper, elevator and separators. It is used for sorting out shells from almond kernels.
