How to Brew Bubble Puer Tea

Directions:

STEP 1

Put 100g of tea in a big pot.

Pour 4000cc of hot water(100 in the pot, and then cover the lid.

STEP 2

Count down for 20 minutes.

STEP 3

Use a colander to strain the tea into a thermos bucket.

STEP 4

Wait until the temperature drop into 60°C, cover the lid.

The recipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference.

To keep tea fresh, consume within 4 hours after brewing.

 

How to Make Bubble Tea

Standard Recipe for 700cc of Bubble Tea:

STEP 1

Put 250cc of tea and fructose(See Table) in a 700cc of shaker.

STEP 2

Filled with crushed ice and shake it.
