This product contains plenty of yeast nucleic acid and deoxyribonucleic acid of yeast, especially the quantity of yeast ribonucleic acid is abundant. It also contents great deal of amino acid, high active protease, amylase, cellulose, invertin and lactase. Especially lactase can hydrolyze the substance like cane sugar to glucose, and decompose lactose to glucose and galactose. Then it is easy absorbed by aquatic animals, to increase immunity, accelerate their growing, increase their quantity, and shorten the period of culture. To the animals of testa, it can apparently shorten the period of ecdysis, avoiding the disease of soft testa and soft body of shrimps and crabs.
