Exercise: practitioners stand two arms straight up at the bottom of the tractor, hands grasping the two tractor handle respectively, two arms are resistance against each other, and the vertical downward alternately pull.

Main functions: to exercise the wrist, arm muscle, promote upper limbs flexibility.

Note:

1) before exercise full activity of shoulder joint, wrist and elbow.

2) in the process of the movement speed not too fast, keep the rope vertical tensile process.

4) the user should be two metres away from the equipment, in order to avoid collision.
