1.Are you a trading company or a factory?
A: We are a uniform manufacturing company. We can provide OEM service and specialized in uniforms for doctors, nurses and workers, including caps, top, and pants.

2. Can I have a free sample? After the single sample fee can be returned?
A: We don’t provide free sample. If your quantity reach 500 sets, sample fee can be returned in bulk order procurement.

3. What kind of support do you provide to agents?
A: We can provide sample of our new products for the agents, help to carry out product photo promotion, products knowledge training, 24 hours customer service.

4. When can we get your samples?
A: Normally, it takes 7 – 15 workdays. But if you need custom design and logo printing, it will take more time.

5. Is your product customized or stock, can we do our design? Can we add our logo? What is the logo cost?
A: We have both, we are a manufacturing company which can accept customers design. We also provide custom logo printing service, the price depends on its amount of colors and sizes, free plate fee for 100 sets order.

6. A doctor, nurse, newcomer, ready to open an online shop, what is the MOQ ? Can the price be cheaper?
A: We have many customers who are starting their business like you, in order to help you sell them quickly, we can recommend several styles and fabrics that respond well from your market. Our minimum order is 100 sets, 1 style, 1 colors and 4 sizes for each 100 sets.
However, our company has a preferential policy for new customers, you can choose an extra color for the minimum order.
