Spraying Cooling System is the most practical and effective cooling way for poultry house. It sprays the small water-drop (not water mist) to cow or pig’s back to wet its skin. Then, the water absorbs heat on the cow or pig while evaporating into vapor to achieve cooling function. This Spraying system is mainly used for cooling down cow or pig itself temperature, not the cow house or pig house temperature.

This spraying system is mainly installed in the Ingestion area, Resting area, Milking waiting area and Milking area. It mainly contains water pipe network, water pump, electromagnetic valve, spraying nozzle and control device (like relay). Ventilation fan needs to be installed in the side direction to form a certain angle with the horizontal direction. This enables the largest spraying area. The spraying area needs occupy 3/4 cow house area to achieve the best cooling effect. Following is the system working diagram.

1.Spraying nozzle is made of Excellent Stainless Steel, non-rust, high efficiency.
2.Circle nozzle hole guarantees the largest and unobstructed flow passage, achieve the smallest obstruction.
3.Spraying water drop is well-distributed in moderate size.
4.Direction of water inlet and outlet comes into 75°.
5.The size of spraying nozzle’s inlet connector is 1/4 inch.
6.Spraying angle is 135°,flow volume is 1.9-3.8 L/min, Pressure is 0.7-3 Kg/cm².
