Pyridine synthesis catalyst: The product high silicon ZSM-5 fluidized bed pyridine synthesis molecular sieve catalyst is used in the process of condensation synthesis of pyridine with formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and ammonia. It is developed by Dalian Heterogeneous Catalyst Co.,Ltd. with its proprietary intellectual property rights technology of one shot process high Si-Al ratio fluidized bed catalyst synthesis. We use Si source, Al source and water, etc.to make 30-200 micrometer Al-Si microspheres after roasting. This is the first time to synthesize high Si-Al ratio fluidized bed catalyst with one shot process technology domestically. The catalysts manufactured in this method have better abrasion resistance, higher product yield and lower template polution.
