To serve: heat vegetable oild to 190C-210C once crakcers start to expand and float, remove and darin well on the kitchen paper, serve immediatly. Keep the crackers dry , in case of dampness dry them in the sun or an oven before frying for good effect.

Storage: keep this product in a dry place and reseal after use within 3months of opening
