 So in your country there have no factory can make it .
Then even you can find a manufacturer but the PFDA don't allow them to sell  L-carnitine injection to do directly.
because Injection is RX (prescription medicine) .
So when you get the products from hospital ,clinic ,other distributor etc ,the price is already very very high .
their price can't support your business.
2.How to choose products.

1)They sell pure L-carnitine but make the specification less the what showed on package to earn more money.

2)Who sell pure glutathione especially big specification.
Like NANOMAX and some products in market but we can't tell your name.
So when you say   the price of other brand is lower than our,please make sure whether they use a real specification .otherwise ,I will think you aren't  a professional customer.
 
3.Channel
1)The manufacturer must have big store for retail ,otherwise you may a MOQ of a factory.
For example, per day  we can manufacure  200,000vials  L-carnitine  . So the order must reach 10000vial .we will manufacture them.
But we have stock.

So it needn't you to reach the MOQ ,the stock can support you to begin the business.
