Directions: take immediately after eating a meal. Each time take 2 tablets. Meals containing low levels of fat only require a regular dose of fat blocker. Meals containing a lot of fatty foods require an increased dose of fat blocker.

Description:

Chitosan is a proven fat-blocker that is derived from chitin, a substance found in shellfish.
