Sweat Fleece hoodies are normally produced in heavy weights; 260/270 GSM, 280/290, 310/320, 340/350 GSM. Above weights can be produced in all types of fabrics i.e. cotton or polyester fabrics.

About Sweat Fleece.

Sweat fleece fabric has a faint resemblance to wool in touch and feel. It is a thicker heavier fabric then French terry, but doesn't absorb water as well.

How it’s made?

Sweat fleece comes from the family of stretch knit fabrics. Usually it comes as a cotton polyester blend, usually 80% cotton and 20% polyester. Yet sweat fleece can also be 100% polyester and 100% cotton. Cotton helps wick and absorb moisture. It starts by knitting twisted yarns into fabric.

Fleece yarns range in size from 20 singles to 40 singles. A "single" is considered one cohesive thread. The size of the yarn and knit will determine the weight of the fleece.

The higher "single" the finer the yarn. Fine yarn will create a super smooth lightweight material.

The lower numbered "singles" create a heavier material. This is perfect for warmer, thick, and cozy material.

The heavier the weight of the fabric the warmer and thicker it will be.

Now how do they make it warm and fuzzy?

In order to get fleece fuzzy a large roller with either sandpaper or wire brushes is rolled over the knitted yarn loops until the yarns and fibers become curly and soft.

Caring for Fleece

Fleece can be washed in washing machine. But it should be kept inside out. And the machine set to a warm gentle cycle.

Fleece is water resistant. Using a mild detergent will help maintain its water resistance property.

When drying sweatshirt fleece in the dryer use the lowest settings and remove quickly when complete.

Additional Advice and Tips

Fleece should never be ironed. It may leave a burn mark which cannot be removed.

Bleach and fabric softeners reduce the water resistant property of fleece. They should never be used when washing this fabric.

Always read the instruction on the content label. There will be specific information on how to make the fabric last longer.

Sweatshirt fleece may be the most common fabric found in sweat shorts. But French terry is a close second.

French terry's unique trait is that it is lighter than sweat fleece fabric. This means on really warm summer days french terry fabric is probably the better option.

Q.1	What service will your company be able to provide?
A:	As a sportswear manufacturer we produce all sportswear & textile products in our own factory. While some of our clients order the goods except sportswear, so we expand our business line and provide more choices to our clients. Our service contents include: 1) Sportswear Manufacturing: We accept customized type orders only. We don’t sell any ready-made garments and we also create patterns as per our customers designs. Customers don’t have to send any kind of samples but an original sample from customer to send for copy manufacturing would be a great job. All kinds of sports garments produced out from scratches start from ordering fabric, pattern making, trims and packing. All details are custom made as per customer’s request so every detail can be done as excellently as possible. We don’t provide the service for printing and embroidery separately. When customers provide their own blank apparel. 2) Garment Accessories Manufacturing: We provide production service for garments related accessory. All are customized work. For any accessory you are interested to be custom made but they aren’t listed in our site then please do send your enquiries. We will let you know what best we can do for you. NOTE: Some accessories are “OUTSOURCE”. We don’t produce them by ourselves.
Q.2:	Where is your factory located?
A:	Our factory is located in Sialkot City near Sublime chowk. Based from hundred years and due to its highest quality of sports products. It is known as City Of Sports.
Q.3:	How can we get an accurate price from your company as well as the production time for our order?
A:	We request you to provide the basic information as given below: Your order quantity. Your size chart or we advise our available size chart for your confirmation. If you could let us know who is your consumer? Are they from America, Europe, Oceania, Africa or Asia? Fabric details, such as fabric content, weight, texture, feature etc. Garment design photo, drawing with descriptions or virtual sample photo will be fine. Logo information, accessories list, special workmanships and other basic information if you have. All details will be considered and will be taken into our cost estimation when we calculate the actual cost which helps us to offer you the accurate price.
Q:4	How can we get our products if we place an order with your factory?
A:	It is very convenient for us to ship the goods to your designated port/custom airport. Our goods are shipped by all kinds of express companies and air shipping companies within a short time and with lowest shipping rate. Our most used express companies are DHL, UPS, FEDEX & TNT. Our shipments are supported by door to door services for which our customers can receive the goods in their work place instead of collecting the goods from the port.
Q.5:	How will we know the quality you offer is the right one that we need?
A:	When we receive your detailed order information, we will arrange the same quality or similar quality counterpart sample for your inspection before you decide to place us the order that is called "Reference Sample". Our available samples in our showrooms are free of cost. We expect our customers to pay the shipping cost to receive the samples. To personally check the customized sample quality before placing the order we charge reasonable sampling fee. The fee will be refunded back when the order placed. Most lmportantly, once the counter sample we have made is rejected due to sewing quality or other problems. We will re-make it without any extra charge unless our customer approves to the end. Beside reference sample, we can submit exact counter samples as requested in detailed specifications. Pre-production sample, during-production sample is also called bulk sample, shipment sample for our client's fully monitoring to the whole mass production.
6.Q:	What will be the payment terms? How should we pay if we place an order?
A:	Our price is based on FOB, CNF & CIF . When we proceed mass production of your order the balance amount will be paid off after all goods are fully inspected and confirmed by our customer or the third party authorized.
