Our cacao bean quality specifications are as below, it follow ISO quality standard:

 

Grade one:

Original	Cote D'Ivoire
Bean Count(100g)	≤100
Mouldy Beans	≤3%
Slaty Beans	≤3%
Insect Demaged+germinated beans	≤2.5%
Humidity	≤7.5%

 

Grade two:

Original	Cote D'Ivoire
Bean Count(100g)	101-110
Mouldy Beans	≤4%
Slaty Beans	≤8%
Insect Demaged+germinated beans	≤5%
Humidity	≤7.5%
