Palm Base Margarine is make from 100% Refined and fractionated vegetable fat and it is yellow solid fat.

ERA Margarine is an ideal for making puff pastry products and is especially formulated and processed to impart good plasticity.

During sheeting, this margarine spreads evenly between the layers, allowing the dough to be sheeted easily without cracking. This thus gives the baked products good layered-structure and thus imparts crispiness and flakiness to the finished products.

 

Application:

Applicable for cake, bread, cookies, and all bread products. it also act as a  cream filler and cake decoration
