Explanation:

Corn powder is the powdered product which using the good quality hominy chop through an expanding process with high temperature and high pressure, and then with further processing



Raw material:

Peeled, degerming and selected hominy chop



Making Process:

We use the advanced equipments to ripen the selected hominy chop through high temperature and high pressure 

( The nutrient loss of the material can be reduced to a considerable extent through ripening process ) and then make them into powder. 

Then the powder will be exsiccated and sterilized at microwave production line. Finally, the products would be packed in the GMP clean-room..



Properties:

Yellow powder, with special natural corn flavour which hasn't any agglomeration or impurity.



Characteristic:

High bulking, well-proportioned powder, good taste and fine water-solubility.



Specification:

Generally 25Kg per bag. But we can do subpackage and processing according to the requirements of our clients.



Packing:

Generally we use the sterile PE bag inside plus the simulation kraft bag outside, and they can also be customized according to customers' requirements.
