where we are always pursuing better quality rice.

Our company only ships the best quality rice as determined by strict inspections that include association

standardized rice-grain sizes, water content, and flavor quality, a taste inspection, and rice cooking tests.

The ingredients are kept at a stable humidity and temperature and are managed in a low temperature

warehouse. Furthermore, data is kept on all ingredients and rice products to allow for thorough quality control.

 

At the Seimai factory, we are able to accurately manage the rice's production history thanks to

the use of a traceability system. We are thorough in preventing human error during process control
