As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.
Due to the highly hygroscopic nature of the transformer oil, it absorbs moisture from windings, which leads to gradual deterioration of dielectric strength. Also there are some waste impurities, gas contents in the transformer oil which destroy the oil’s quality.
Series ZYD transformer oil purifier is a double stages vacuum oil purification system, comparing single stage vacuum oil puriifer, besides a rotary vane vacuum pump, ZYD machine installs one more booster roots pump vacuum system which speed up evacuation much faster. Series ZYD oil filtration machine not only provides regular oil purification/ reclamation such as degassing, drying and particulate removal, but also can remove acidity, sludge, carbon deposits, sulfur, and other soluble oil decay products and improve physical & chemical properties comparable to new transformer oil.
The doube stage vacuum transformer oil purifier adopts advanced vacuum chamber which has large area three-dimensional flash evaporation technique and remove water, gas, solids much quickly and completely. After purification by our Series ZYD transformer oil purifier, the oil breakdown voltage can reach up to 75KV.
Series ZYD oil purifier is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.
