Virgin Olive Oil of

Available in 250ml, 500ml and 700ml flasks.
This is the top grade of olive oil. It has an acidity level no more than
0,8%.
It has also perfect aroma, flavourand and golden color.
All structural elements of the building and their disposition were planned to
the basis of hygiene and safety, and all HACCP and ISO certification
measures were implemented.
Since its
beginning, the olive oil plant was constructed for the production of organic
extra virgin olive oil of high quality. Therefore, all the measures for food
hygiene and safety were taken, as well as the principles of organic cultivation
and standardization were strictly followed. The company has obtained
certification for the refinery and standardization by the Organic Farming Organization DIO.
In a modern
2-phase centrifugal olive oil plant, is added the stone mill elaboration
process. Olive oil and all the rest of the aromatic substance of the olive fruit,
are found in the flesh of the fruit in the forms of droplets. The stone mills
help to release all of these aromatic substance which cannot be achieved with
other methods.
The olive oil heating and cooling security system keeps the oil temperature
between 5 and 20 degrees centigrade.
The nitrogen system, which provides the empty space in the tanks
with nitrogen, so olive oil oxidation by atmospheric air will be avoided.
