FOB PRICE: Long grain white rice:           5% is USD 490.00 $US/MT; 

                                                                        10% is USD 485.00/MT; 

                                                                        15% is USD 455.00/MT; 

                                                                        25% is USD 450.00/MT.

5.     Shipment:  Prompt: within 25 days from LC workable or receiving the deposit.

        -       Port of Loading: Ho Chi Minh City Port Viet Nam

6.     Delivery: Free on Board (F.O.B) as Incoterm 2000

7.     Packing: In new single Polypropylene bag of 50 Kgs net each

8.     Marking: At the Buyer’s option.

9.     Inspection:  by SGS or Bureau of Accreditation, Independent inspection company

10. PAYMENT TERM:     

        (a)   By T/T 50% in advance 50% upon delivering, against presentation of shipping documents                     

        (b)   LC at sight: BY IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED LETTER OF CREDIT PAYABLE 100% AT SIGHT
