Theoperating instruction

1. Install themold as the installation diagram and the mold mouth must be upward, and thenbrush them over with Diesel fuel (the new moldshould brush more). It is essential to brush evenly. Move the roof bar ledgerwall up and down and then put it to the bottom. It is also very important thateach mold must be put to the bottom, or else it may lead to short chalk andleakage. After being used for a period of time, theratio of the diesel oil and the peanut oil will change from 8:2 to 9:1.Some stearic acid can be added into the diesel oil, the ratio is about 1:100.First put the stearic acid into few diesel oil and heat up, and then put theminto the diesel oil to stir evenly.

2. To stir evenly.The ratio of gypsum powder and the water is 3: 3.The first mold takes 4 gypsum powder and 4 water. Add the water and the plasterpowder to barrel and stir evenly with stick, then pour them into the mold.Scratch plainly with board. The chalk’ hardness is determined by the ratio of gypsumpowder and water. Reduce water if the chalk is soft, and add water if the chalkis too hard.
