Recommendations and Applications:

MgO is mainly used as activator(promoting aids) of NR and synthetic rubber’s vulcanization , 

also uses as white pigment and curing agent of some synthesis rubber like(CR , CIIR , polysulfide rubber). 

It is able to improve scorch resistance of SBR , acts as acceptor of hydrogen fluoride in the fluorine 

rubber , improving its thermal stability. 

It is able to improve vulcanizates’ dynamic performance of CSM. 

It acts as reinforcing agent of NBR. 

Advantages:

Active MgO has a uniform particle size distribution and large specific surface area , a higher activity , 

very good rubber processability and comprehensive physical and mechanical performance.

Masterbatch MgO-70 is pre-dispersed in rubber binder , with no dust pollution , is good for workers 

health and environment.    

Masterbatch does’t stick to each other in normal temperature , is uniformly dispersed in rubber compound , 

no loss Masterbatch has good compatibility with rubber , significantly increase mixing efficiency , 

reduce energy consumption.
