Hiep Hung offers a variety of structural systems in construction of retaining wall, bridge abutment, high pitched slop and reinforcing embankment on weak soil. Most structures using Hiep Hung uniaxial geotextile net for soil reinforcement and creating reinforced artificially foundation layer.
Hiep Hung manufactures two types of 1-axis and 2-axis geotextile nets, both are manufactured from polyethylene and polypropylene of high molecular density (HDPE) in monolithic form. The specifications of load capacity of Hiep Hung 1-axis geotextile net are tested repeatedly over years to produce results matching with results of soil reinforcement of shelf life to 120 years. Hiep Hung uniaxial geotextile net has very high intensity endurance over time. The parameters of use intensity(intensity endurance over time) and deducted safety factors used to calculate this intensity were determined through a series of experiments and publication. The intensity of net is made up of meshes of long narrow shape, hard horizontal struts are designed to link embanking material particles. Uniaxial geotextile net is a key material in soil keeping structures.
Horizonal linking meshes and linking bars are of high hardness of Hiep Hung uniaxial geotextile net allow good transmission of force between surface structures and inner reinforcement net.
