Brief Introduction

     This press is the cooperation product of Shanghai No. 2 Metalforming Machine Works and the Haulick Roos Company in West Germany . It has the characters with high accuracy and safty speed. It finds wide applications in electronic components, instrument and meter, electric motor, toy, automobile and truck industries. The features of press constructure are as follows.

      (1)It equipped with IMCO(IMCO)is in the rank of World Advancedrevel indication. When the over load and worn tool are occuired, the signal will be emitted, During the punch motion,it will supervise and control loading.

      (2) Top dead point is controlled by the optoelectricity. It can stop at any position.

      (3) The construct is frame. It adopts thealloying iron. The rigidity and Life Is In high rank.

      (4) The shut height is adjusted by manual or air.

      (5) It adopts the combined frictionclutch.

      (6) The rod is in double points construction. The ram is equipped with balance device. It is in high accuracy, smooth and consume power in small quantity.

      (7) The clamping feeder device is in new construction. The feeder device is easily adjusted.
