Every piece of our jewelry is thoroughly inspected before packing and carefully packed before we deliver it. Please know once it leaves our factory. We are not responsible for handling through the transportation service, they may handle the package roughly. We will try our best to put proper labels on the packages to avoid any damage. If there is damage, please contact us and provide the damaged picture. We will help you solve this problem.

For new customers, there is a small discount, but when the order value increases, we will provide a larger discount. For old customers, we are happy to provide a discount for your loyalty. The delivery time depends on the mode of transportation. We usually ship through DHL, FedEx and UPS, and they will be delivered to you in a very short time.
