Every piece of our jewelry is thoroughly inspected before packing and carefully packed before we deliver it. Please know once it leaves our factory. We are not responsible for handling through the transportation service, they may handle the package roughly. We will try our best to put proper labels on the packages to avoid any damage. In general, our size is the basic size. If you have special size requirements, please confirm the size with the sales staff before placing an order and tell us in advance.

If the size we sent is different from the previous one, please contact the sales staff as soon as possible. We will note the design and mail the correct size to you or send it to you at the next order.

For the problem that the goods are different from the pictures, because the pictures only show some of our samples, please confirm the order with the pictures before placing the order. If you are still not satisfied, please contact us to meet your needs.

Since the order is shipped from other countries, it may take more than 5 days, depending on the shipping method, the carrier's deadline, non working days and holidays.
