1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Our factory is located in Baoding, Hebei Province, China. You are welcome to visit anytime!

2. Can I take samples to check the quality before I order in bulk?

Yes, we can provide samples for you to check the quality.

3. What's your minimum order quantity?

As a rule, our minimum order for ready-made goods is 200 pairs.

For a custom order, our minimum quantity is 1000 pairs.

4. What's your delivery time?

It depends on the number of orders and the season in which the order is placed.

Typically, for spot orders, the lead time is about 3-7 days.

For custom logo/custom design orders, delivery time is approximately 15-30 days.

5. What is the method of shipment?

It can be shipped by sea, air or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc.).

6. How to maintain quality?

All orders will be checked step by step during the production process, and at the same time, we have our own quality control department to carry out the final strict inspection of the goods before packaging and delivery.
