The supporting arm and lifting arm of the obstacle removal vehicle are all made of high-strength steel plates, which are formed by bending. Carbon dioxide automatic protective welding only allows two welds, with few welds, small deformation, high precision and strength, and ultrasonic weld detection. Carbon dioxide shielded welding and argon arc welding are adopted for the welding of the obstacle removal vehicle. The weld length is more than 300 mm. Automatic seam welding is adopted to make the weld surface smooth and beautiful.

According to the structural type, the obstacle removal vehicles are generally divided into four series, namely, lifting separation type obstacle removal vehicles, lifting linkage type obstacle removal vehicles, flat type obstacle removal vehicles and ordinary type obstacle removal vehicles. Among them, there are two types of lifting separation type obstacle removal vehicles, namely, boom rotating obstacle removal vehicle and non rotating obstacle removal vehicle.
