Water free hand cleaning liquid is mainly used in places without water source and water conservation, and is used for sterilization and hand cleaning. It does not need water to keep hands clean and sanitary. There are mainly two kinds of hand sanitizers commonly used in hospitals. One is hand sanitizers with anti/bacteriostatic effects, and the other is hand sanitizers used under specific conditions such as pre operation and blood drawing. Anionic surfactants are basically not added to these products.

Studies have proved that most diseases enter from the "hand", and many pathogens enter through the mouth by hand, or through the contact of hands with nose, eyes and other parts. Hand washing has become an effective way to prevent diseases.

This kind of product mainly uses trichlorohydroxydiphenyl ether (DP300), 4-chloro-3,5-dimethylphenol (PCMX), trichloroisodiphenyl urea (TCC) and o-phenylphenol (OPP) as anti/bacteriostatic components.
