Single phase series motor with commutator and DC motor will cause serious electrical interference to TV and radio, so the interference of tilting system to radio shall be considered in the design of electric screwdriver. Measures such as shielding, symmetrical connection of exciter windings, setting of electrical filters, and connection of filters into △ shape are mainly adopted. If necessary, small inductance coils can also be connected in series at both ends of the motor armature.

Before plugging in the power supply, the switch should be positioned in the off state. Pay attention to whether the power supply voltage is suitable for the use of the machine. When the electric screwdriver is not in use or the power is off, the plug should be turned off. When using, do not set the torque adjustment too large. When replacing the screwdriver head, be sure to pull the power plug away from the power socket and turn off the power of the screwdriver. Do not drop or hit the electric screwdriver during use.
