Custom Ball Bearing Tapered Roller Bearing Spherical Roller Bearing
Product description
When calculating the strength of the slider, select the linear bearing slider on the intermediate slider with the largest force as the calculation object, apply fixed constraints to the slider positioning hole, and apply a load on the interaction surface between the slider and the guide rail. When calculating the strength of the guide rail, select the linear bearing guide rail of the intermediate slider as the calculation object, apply fixed constraints to the positioning hole of the guide rail, and apply a load on the interaction surface between the guide rail and the two sliders.
Linear bearing is a rolling or sliding bearing used for linear motion. It has characteristics such as low friction, reliable structure, strong bearing capacity, high accuracy for long-distance operation, and long service life. It is often used in various industrial mechanical equipment such as machine tools, punches, printers, and so on. The suspension frame of a medium and low speed maglev vehicle is composed of multiple modules with the same basic structure. When a maglev train passes through a curve, the suspension frame module will fit a curve based on the line alignment, resulting in different lateral displacements of modules at different positions relative to the vehicle body, with the lateral displacement of the end module exceeding 300mm. Considering that the air spring often used on locomotives and vehicles is not sufficient to provide such a large displacement, linear bearings with large displacement technical characteristics are installed between the vehicle body and the suspension frame to meet the curve crossing requirements of medium and low speed maglev vehicles.
