Light weight, good thermal insulation performance, good thermal stability, good chemical stability, easy processing and convenient construction. It is neither wear-resistant nor collision-resistant, and cannot resist the erosion of high-speed air flow and molten slag.

The needle-punched blanket is folded, and the module is pre-pressed with mechanical equipment during molding. The uneven surface caused by the manufacturing method of the folding block affects the spraying effect of the anti-erosion coating. Slice block is improved on this basis. Its manufacturing method is the same as that of the folded block, except that the folded part of the fiber blanket is cut off after molding to make the surface of the module flat. Some domestic manufacturers can produce such modules. Parrot block is a new module. Its molding method is completely different from the two modules mentioned above. The module fiber after molding has no directionality, so the thermal insulation effect is better than the former two modules. The fiber module density on the furnace top should be 230 kg/m3, and the fiber module density on the side wall should be 220 kg/m3.
