Installation and commissioning

1. The equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts.

2. During installation, attention should be paid to the vertical position of the main body and the horizontal.

3. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is fastened. If so, please tighten it.

4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.

5. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test run, and production can proceed once the test run is normal.

The process of producing bricks using a vacuum brick machine: The clay is stirred with a clay mixer, mixed with some sand and stone powder, evenly mixed, and then transported to a vacuum brick machine through a conveyor belt. After being compressed by a vacuum brick machine under vacuum pressure, the bricks are formed. After the bricks are produced, they are cut into evenly sized bricks through a dividing machine, and then automatically grabbed by a palletizing machine, placed in a kiln car, and fired in a furnace.
