We manufacture curved wedge wire screens in China. Our curved screens are mainly used for liquid/solid separation and are manufactured to suit a wide range of industries such as Sugar, Coal Mining, Quarrying, Mineral Processing, Cement, Industrial and Urban Effluent Treatment.
Curved screens are also used as a pre-filter in urban & industrial waste treatment plants to improve the performance of the clarifier by drastically reducing the load. Our curved screens offer many advantages: fine fibre removal, better flow rate and innovative solutions to reduce spare part requirements. To reduce costs we use special alloys for improved wear life and customized surface finishing.



The flat panel screens can be used in any number of industries. Our unique manufacturing process is the most advanced in the world and allows us to custom produce flat panel screens to fit any customer specifications.
They can be fabricated with very small wires and rods for critical fine-screening operations, or with much larger wires and rods for heavy-duty operations. According to the customer's needs and application, slot size is varied.
