Ice maker precautions

1. The ice maker should not be placed in an outdoor environment. It is best to install it in a safe, clean, and well ventilated environment, and avoid direct sunlight and rain.

2. The ice maker should not be close to heat sources, and the operating environment should not be lower than 5 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃ to avoid excessive temperature affecting the heat dissipation of the condenser and not achieving good ice making results.

3. The ice maker should be installed on a stable platform and the foundation screws at the bottom of the machine should be adjusted to ensure that the machine is placed horizontally, otherwise it may cause non deicing and noise during operation. There should be space left around the machine, and in order to facilitate heat dissipation, the space on the left, right, and rear of the machine should not be less than 150mm.

When the ice reaches the required thickness (which can be freely selected by the operator/user), the hot air discharged by the compressor is redirected back into the ice maker clamp wall to replace the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. In this way, a thin film of water is formed between the ice and the evaporation tube wall, which will act as a lubricant when the ice falls freely into the groove below under the action of gravity. The water generated during the ice harvesting cycle will be returned to the storage tank through multi hole tanks, which also prevents wet ice from being discharged by the machine.
