The V-belt tensioning device should generally be installed on the inner side of the loose edge, so that the belt can only be subjected to unidirectional bending to reduce life loss; At the same time, the tensioning wheel should also be as close as possible to the large pulley to reduce the impact on the wrap angle. When the axis of any pulley in the V-belt drive cannot move, the length of the V-belt used should be able to be loaded and unloaded between the pulleys in a fixed position. After installation, the tensioning wheel can be used to tension it to the operating state. The tensioning wheel should be able to adjust within the range of tension adjustment, including the adjustment of V-belt elongation after use.
