Hot Selling Home Appliance Tankless Forced Exhaust Gas Water Heater
Product description
Gas water heaters generally include: casing, supply and exhaust devices, burners, heat exchangers (commonly known as water tanks), gas control devices, water control devices, water gas linkage devices, and electronic control systems. The specific structural components mainly include the shell, surface shell, switch knob, smoke pipe (strong smoke exhaust pipe), fan motor (optional), air pressure switch, heat exchanger, temperature controller, burner, water gas linkage valve, electromagnetic valve, exhaust hood, ignition machine, ion flame sensing needle, pulse generator, bottom shell fixing plate, electric controller, bottom shell, etc.
The basic working principle of a gas water heater is that cold water enters the water heater and flows through the water gas linkage valve body. Under a certain pressure difference of the flowing water, the water gas linkage valve is pushed, and the DC power microswitch is also pushed to connect the power and start the pulse igniter. At the same time, the gas transmission electromagnetic valve is opened, and the pulse igniter continues to automatically ignite again until the ignition successfully enters the normal working state, This process lasts for about 5-10 seconds continuously. When the gas water heater experiences faults such as water shortage or insufficient water pressure, power shortage, gas shortage, high hot water temperature, or accidental blowing out during operation or ignition, the pulse igniter will automatically cut off the power supply by detecting the feedback signal from the induction needle. The gas transmission solenoid valve will immediately return to the original normally closed valve state in case of power shortage, which means that the gas has been cut off at this time, Turn off the gas water heater for safety protection.
