The working principle of the desiccant wheel of the dehumidifier is to use the desiccant inside the wheel for dehumidification. The impeller is made of special composite high-temperature resistant materials and is divided into two fan-shaped areas, one for handling wet air and the other for regenerating air.

During the dehumidification process, the wheel continues to rotate slowly. When the impeller fan in the air handling area adsorbs water molecules and reaches saturation, it will automatically switch to the regeneration air end fan and start the regeneration process. During the regeneration process, the regenerated air from outside is usually heated and enters the fan surface of the impeller regeneration area. In a high humidity state, water molecules in the impeller are desorbed and dispersed into the regenerated air.
