Before using an electric bicycle, the lubrication of the chain should be checked. Feel and observe whether the chain shaft rotates flexibly and whether the chain links are severely corroded. If the rust or rotation is not flexible, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil should be added, and in severe cases, the chain should be replaced.
