Forklift batteries are rechargeable batteries and need to be charged regularly to maintain sufficient power. It is generally recommended to charge when the power drops to about 80%, and the charging time is usually 8-10 hours. Overuse or overcharging will cause damage to the battery. Avoid dropping the battery to too low a level, and avoid overcharging to prevent electrolyte overflow or battery explosion.

Auxiliary equipments such as lights, buzzers and meters on the forklift also need power support, and lead-acid batteries provide stable power for these equipments to ensure the forklift works normally. Compared with other types of batteries, lead-acid batteries have lower energy consumption and can provide longer usage time, thus reducing the operating cost and energy consumption of forklifts.
