1. Shipping time: After receiving payment from the customer, we will prepare the order within one week and then ship it from the warehouse.
2. Before starting packaging, please check the hatching egg incubator.

(2) Can the incubator work properly.
3. Our packaging materials: we use foamed plastic to package the incubator, and use plastic cartons for packaging outside. There is an angled iron frame at the bottom to protect the transportation of the incubator.
4. We will notify you when the incubator is out of stock and provide packaging pictures.
5. Shipment: We will notify you of the shipment and arrival time when the order is shipped. And provide you with a delivery note.
6. Notification for customs clearance: When the hatching egg box arrives at your port, we will notify you for customs clearance and retrieve the hatching egg box from our agent with the bill of lading.
