Installation and construction

On site investigation: Understand geological conditions, soil bearing capacity, and other information to determine the specifications and quantity of spiral piles.

Equipment preparation: Prepare construction equipment and materials such as spiral pile installation machines and spiral piles.

Positioning and laying out: Based on the design drawings, locate and lay out to determine the installation position of the spiral pile.

Installation of Spiral Pile: Use a spiral pile installation machine to rotate and bury the spiral pile into the soil until it reaches the design required depth.

Installation bracket system: Install the solar panel bracket system on the spiral pile and adjust and fix it.
