1. Select oil for the impact load part of the three-in-one feeder.

2. The tooth surface accuracy is coarse selection.

3. Select high sliding contacts (steel worm gear and JI teeth).

4. The worm gear of the leveling feeder head adopts a steel worm gear with a copper worm gear (do not use extreme pressure gear oil).

5. When the three-in-one feeder is used at high temperature, synthetic oil should be used.

6. The reducer is equipped with a reverse gear device and does not use EP additive gear oil.

7. For feeders with serious oil leakage, a reducer can be used.
