Product Advantage:

1. This machine adopts a flip-up leveling roller group structure, which can be flipped up at a 45° angle. It can quickly and thoroughly clean the working roller, facilitate mechanical inspection, and ensure leveling accuracy. It is suitable for leveling thin plates with a thickness of 0.4~2.5mm, such as stainless steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates, and other materials with high surface and precision requirements.

2. The leveling roller adopts a pioneering three-stage structure. Compared with the traditional single-stage and double-stage structures that can only be bent downward for feeding, the three-stage structure can be bent upward or downward for feeding.

3. The discharge arc control roller is installed, and the humanized operation can set the arc of the material at will. The initial arc of the coil can be trimmed to be straight, upward or downward to match the mold stamping.

4. The roller adjustment adopts a pioneering scoring adjustment method instead of the traditional dial indicator adjustment method. No additional calibration is required, and the debugging is simpler and more accurate, with a longer service life.
5. The leveling roller is made of bearing steel, heat treated to HRC60°, and the surface is hard chrome plated before grinding. It has high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.

6. Frequency control speed, the material is not easy to shake and deform during operation, ensuring the demand for high-precision leveling.

7. Models above 300mm are equipped with reinforcement devices to prevent the leveling roller from bending and deforming due to excessive pressure, strengthen the leveling strength and life of the entire roller, and improve the requirements for the flatness of the plate surface.
