It can also be used for pile and brushed finishing of fabrics such as cotton, T/C, polyester, and nylon. After treatment, the fabrics will have a comfortable hand feel and smooth raising.

Usage Method‌

Recommended Processes:

Pad Method‌

Process: (One dip and one nip, liquor pickup rate 70%~80%) → Drying → Setting

Recommended Dosage: 20~30g/L

Impregnation Method‌

Process: Impregnation (60℃×20min constant temperature) → Drainage → Washing → Drying

Recommended Dosage: 1% o.w.f~3% o.w.f

Precautions‌

Conduct a lab test first to determine the appropriate dosage.

If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.

Storage and Packaging‌

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.

Packed in polyethylene plastic drums lined with plastic bags, each containing 125KG.
