CICTCER cable is a CSA-certified armoured tray cable designed to meet the requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) for exposed and demanding installations.

What Is CICTCER Cable?

CICTCER is a Type TCER tray cable incorporating a continuously interlocked corrugated aluminum armour (CIC).

It is manufactured in accordance with CSA C22.2 No. 131 and approved for use under the Canadian Electrical Code.

The corrugated aluminum armour provides enhanced crush resistance and flexibility, while also serving as a reliable equipment bonding conductor, eliminating the need for a separate ground wire.

• Conductors: Copper conductors, stranded

• Insulation: XLPE or equivalent, rated 90°C

• Inner Jacket: Thermoplastic jacket over insulated conductors

• Armour: Continuously interlocked corrugated aluminum armour

• Outer Jacket: PVC or equivalent, sunlight resistant

• Voltage Rating: 600 V

• Certification: CSA Certified – Type CICTCER
