Green ValleyTonghai Environmental Protection Water Treatment Equipment Introduction

一、Overview

This document introduces three types of standard water treatment equipment produced by Green ValleyTongtai Environmental Protection, including softened water equipment, multi-media filtration equipment, and activated carbon adsorption equipment. The equipment covers a processing capacity range of 10-100m³/h, and optional material types include FRT, Q235 carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, etc., which can meet the water treatment requirements of different industrial and commercial scenarios.

二、Equipment Introduction

（一）Softenning Water Equipment

This equipment is mainly used to reduce the hardness of raw water, remove calcium and magnesium ions in water, and avoid scaling in subsequent water utilization systems such as boilers, heat exchangers, and production pipelines. It is suitable for scenarios such as industrial circulating water make-up, boiler water supply, food processing water, and central air-conditioning water system treatment.

（二）Multi-media Filtration Equipment

This equipment is used for primary purification of raw water, removing suspended solids, sediment, colloids, particulate impurities and other pollutants in water, and is usually used as a pre-treatment unit for subsequent deep water treatment processes. It can effectively reduce the turbidity of water quality and protect subsequent core treatment units.

（三）Activated Carbon Adsorption Equipment

This equipment uses the porous adsorption performance of activated carbon to remove residual organic pollutants, chlorine, peculiar smell, pigment and other impurities in water, and improves the sensory and water quality indicators of the produced water. It is often used in the advanced treatment link after filtration, and is suitable for drinking water purification, industrial production water pretreatment and other scenarios.

四、Basic Selection Instructions

1. Confirm the required processing flow: select the corresponding model within the range of 10-100m³/h according to the actual daily water demand and instantaneous flow demand.

2. Select equipment material: determine the appropriate material type according to the corrosiveness of raw water and industry hygiene requirements, FRT and Q235 can meet conventional industrial needs, 304 stainless steel is suitable for demanding scenarios.

3. Confirm the process combination: according to the raw water quality, a combination of multi-media filtration + activated carbon adsorption + softened water treatment can be configured to achieve the expected water quality output standard.
