This series of oil separation and grease interception products is developed and produced by Lvgu Tongtai Environmental Protection, designed for catering industry, commercial kitchen, and small to medium sewage discharge scenarios to effectively separate floating oil and solid impurities from sewage, meeting discharge standards and avoiding pipeline blockage caused by grease coagulation. All main structures of the product are made of 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, sturdiness and durability, and complies with food-grade hygiene requirements.
The product line covers three mainstream models: fully automatic grease separator, forced discharge grease separator, and non-power grease separator, which can meet the needs of different processing volumes, installation scenarios and use requirements.

All products in this series use the density difference between oil and water: the density of grease is lower than that of water, so it will float on the water surface after the sewage stays in the separation bin, and solid impurities with higher density will precipitate at the bottom of the bin, realizing three-phase separation of slag, oil and water.
· Fully automatic model: The slag scraping device automatically filters and discharges solid impurities, the oil scraping device automatically collects the floating oil to the oil storage bin, and the system automatically opens the drain valve after the water level reaches the set height, realizing the whole process without manual intervention.
· Forced discharge model: After the separated grease and impurities are stored to a certain amount, the forced discharge pump is started to transport the oil residue to the external collection device, which solves the problem that gravity self-flow cannot be realized due to insufficient site drop.
· Non-power model: Rely on the natural flow of sewage to complete separation, only need to regularly manually clean the precipitated slag and collect floating oil.
1. The product should be installed at the source of sewage discharge (behind the sink/vegetable washing tank, before the municipal sewage pipe network) to intercept grease at the first time to avoid pipeline blockage.
2. When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the inlet and outlet height difference meets the design requirements; for the forced discharge model, the power supply and discharge pipeline should be connected to the designated collection position in advance.
3. The 304 stainless steel main body should avoid hard collision during installation to prevent deformation and damage of the shell and affect the sealing performance.
4. The installation site should retain a certain operation space to facilitate subsequent daily maintenance and cleaning work.
1. Non-power grease separator: It is required to clean the precipitated slag and salvage floating oil every 1-7 days according to the sewage discharge volume, and clean the inner bin of the equipment thoroughly every 1-3 months to avoid residual grease corruption and odor.
2. Fully automatic and forced discharge models: Check the operation of the transmission device and pump unit regularly every month, add lubricant to the moving parts as required, clean the filter screen regularly, and check whether the sealing of each valve is intact.
3. When cleaning the inner bin of the equipment, it is forbidden to use corrosive cleaning agents that damage the 304 stainless steel passivation film to avoid reducing the service life of the equipment.
4. When the equipment is out of service for a long time, the inner bin should be emptied, cleaned and dried, and the power supply should be cut off.
Warning:It is strictly forbidden to discharge high-temperature sewage exceeding 100℃ into the equipment, so as to avoid deformation of the stainless steel body or damage to the sealing components.
Note:Large particle solid impurities (such as food residue, plastic fragments, etc.) should be filtered through the front slag removal device, and it is strictly forbidden to directly enter the grease separator to avoid blocking the separation bin and discharge pipeline.
