Buyer issues letter of intent (LOI) and bank comfort letter (BC/L). BC/L must contain authorization for soft probe. PLEASE NOTE..... WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT PROPER LOI AND BC/L. 3. Seller issues formal corporate offer (FCO) and sends draft contract with full terms. 4. Buyer accepts and signs the draft contract. 5. Copies of final contracts are exchanged. 6. Buyer issue non-operative L/C. 7. Seller activates L/C by issuing 2% performance bond guarantee (PBG). 8. Shipments start. Inspection will be by SGS or equivalent PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: We accept FFDLC, DLC, SBLC and BG as method of payment. PLEASE NOTE: - Proof of product (POP) will be provided against proof of funds (POF). - POP will be given bank-to-bank to avoid fraud. - Maximum 2% PBG - We will not provide sanitized copies of previous SGS reports or bills of lading (B/L). - We do not provide samples. - Pictures of actual stock can be sent after receipt of LOI and BC/L. - Both prilled and granulate urea is available. For Granulate please add $10 per MT and for non trans LC please add $10 per MT. - Our Supply is guaranteed through Azot Ukraine.
