Buyer issues letter of intent (LOI) and bank comfort letter (BC/L). BC/L must contain authorization for soft probe. PLEASE NOTE..... WE WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT PROPER LOI AND BC/L. 3. Seller issues formal corporate offer (FCO) and sends draft contract with full terms. 4. Buyer accepts and signs the draft contract. 5. Copies of final contracts are exchanged. 6. Buyer issue non-operative L/C. 7. Seller activates L/C by issuing 2% performance bond guarantee (PBG). 8. Shipments start.
