The selected coffee cherry fruits are then processed in the pulp seperator

tools (giling basah). The raw beans are then semi-washed and dried naturally

under the sun. The dried beans have to go through de-husking process then

dried naturally under the sun on patio, then hand sorted from defective beans

and unwanted articles. It is time consuming and labour intensive.
Only the premium quality coffee beans are selected. Finally, all processed

beans are packed in grain pro bag (to retain for its freshness) and jute bag

to extra secure the beans quality on shipping deck. Preferred Supplier of NZ
