The company\'\'s main objective is to offer to the customer a valuable product, destined to those who love the taste of mediterranean kitchen, obtained by hand picking the olives and cold pressing them. All the oils are accurately selected by expert tasters and are offered to the consumers after careful organoleptic appraisal and scrupulous analysis. After pressing, the oils are stored in stainless steel silos. Later on, the oil is bottled in a new bottling system, that has been constructed in obedience of sanitary regulations and environmental protection.
